Interpersonal Skills: You need to mingle with fellow team members & maintain a good relations with others. Relationship building will involve lot of give & take, you need to keep your ego in check, also, taking initiative is a very important requirement. You neeed to be open, expressive, let others know about you, also you need to know about others, for this most important requirement is listening & asking right questions.
Communication Skill : One needs to listen much more than talking & try your best to answer what is asked, for this, you need to hear fully what the other is saying wihtout interfering. Most of times, we presume many things & star talking even before the other individual has completed his/ her talking. Please understand that general thinking ability is very high, at times, we tend to think of some thing else, when the other other individual is talking & can still be in conversation. The problem occurs, during conversation,only when our thinking stretches more than necessary & loose what other has said, than occurs the communication gap & hence, overal result is ineffective.
Team working Skill : This is very essential, understand that rarely one individual has all the skills in full, every one of us is good at few skillls/ knowledge, we can better pool up our resources, when our weakness (eveyone has, never say youyu don't have any) & other's higher ability in this area overcompensates & overal effect is high (2+2 is 5 / Synergy concept).
Right Attitude : You need to be optimistic & see how an activity assigned by Organization can be successfully accomplished. You can if given a chance question or speak of limitations or negatives, only till a decision is made by higher up, once the Decision is made, you need to marshall all resources & ensure you suceed.
