The S.I unit of electric charge is Coulomb (C). 1C= 1A * 1s, where 'A' (Ampere) is the S.I unit of electric current. So, Ampere-second is the unit of charge (option-d).
Note: Remember the charge of an electron = 1.6 * 10^-19 C. So, 1C =1/(1.6*10^-19) = 6.24*10^18 number of elementary charges.
