I am 26 years old. I completed my fitness science course four years ago, which led me to begin my career as a freelance personal trainer. Additionally, I obtained my yoga certification eight years ago and started teaching classes in my locality in Mumbai. I then expanded my horizons by working in Dubai as a personal trainer and personal yoga instructor, where I continue to thrive in my profession. My specializations include weight loss, strength training, injury rehabilitation, and various styles of yoga such as Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, and Iyengar. I also focus on pre-natal and post-natal fitness, as well as remedies for PCOD and thyroid issues, alongside providing dietary guidance. I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.
