I have 10 years of enriched experience in the area of T&D, Public Relations, Journalism and Academics. I have trained more than 2000 students in different level. I am expertise in Mind mapping & Counseling , Customizing the workshop in the areas of Self Development ,Leadership, Personality development ,Image Management ,Interview skills & Human Relations etc .I would certainly want the students to learn the fundamental contents of the courses I teach and foster critical thinking, facilitate the acquisition of life-long learning skills , and to develop problem –solving strategies . Visiting faculty and resource person at IBMR-IBS, Bangalore City College, Christ University, and Jain University. Has guided more than 300 Masters Level dissertations and one Ph.D dissertation in the areas of Organizational Behavior.
