IdentityI started my training in Classical dance/bharatnatyam at age of 5 under guru Mani Iyer and later continued in Kalakshetra style under Smt. Shella Sridhar and completed Junior, Senior and Vidhvat exam.
I have been conferred with the Vidhushi title in Bharatanatyam from the Karnataka State Board and i am also an A grade artist on Doordarshan, the national TV network.
My dance base is further strengthened by the fact that i am a graduate of the world famous Kalakshetra Foundation, Chennai.
After completing my education in dance, I have had the privilege of doing over 100 stage shows all over india and i have also actively been in the teaching profession.
Teaching is one of my passions, i have been in the teaching profession for over 10 yrs in various parts of india and abroad in both school and various art institutions. I have also been the choreographer for events such as annual days and cultural functions for schools.
