I am assuming that you are not good in grammar, speaking. here is the suggestion which you may try- 1a-> Start reading loudly and must read whole newspaper , every single line of it. 1b-> At initial stage, don't try to mix up your English words with you native language (mistakes done by mot of us), the benefit of doing is simply it will help a lot in removing MTI (Mother tongue Influence) 1c-> While reading you need some way to know what is the correct pronunciation of the word, for that listen English (again not Indian English stuffs, try British or American), the reason is that English its not our language and who knows this language better than natives. 2a-> When you are able to follow above mentioned steps for more than a week , start reading grammar , some speaking rules (phonetics ) like how to speak letter P,C,T,TH etc. and I am assuming you are in reading habit , start applying those rules while reading. Now, if you practice above things you will eventually improve your speaking skills (tested and proven method ) but still there is one MAJOR Problem "Words Dont Come Up in My Mind While Speaking ?" For this , as I told earlier you need to learn all the basic 12 types of sentence making, don't do that in one go but try to divide that in part, like learn past tense first and start describing your past life incidents with someone or (if you are able to take risks) start telling past events stories to yourself (speaking to our self is must more different that this) or more elegant way you can find some speaking partner. Then, learn resent and start speaking on some common topics like harassment, city etc. and then go with Future . Eventually just in 50-60 days you'll start sounding like the native speaker and yes most importantly don't stop practicing , lately you can stick only to speaking.
