Home tuition can be arranged at times and locations that are convenient for the student and tutor, making it a more adaptable learning option. Unlike traditional classroom settings, it provides a more flexible and tailored approach, allowing for one-on-one attention and customized lesson plans. This can lead to improved understanding of concepts, enhanced confidence, and increased academic performance. Home tuition offers a personalized learning experience, focusing on individual student needs and strengths.I think that everybody learns differently and at different rates, so the group-learning environment at school causes students to struggle and disengage from what they are learning. Also, students learn to tests or exams because teenagers will often look for an easy way to do something so they practice how to answer questions rather than understanding the actual content, so when they are given a new question they can struggle to answer it. Teenagers have short attention spans. Thus, sitting in a class for an hour (or 100 mins at my school) doing the same thing means that eventually the students will become distracted and go on their phones, talking to friends etc. Home tutors often work closely with parents, providing regular updates on the student's progress and addressing any concerns. At last, I would like to say overall I like to teach not just because it is a noble profession but because I enjoy when I teach.

Teaching should be done with passion. Once you find your students not able to understand a particular concept you should be ready to adapt new methods of teaching to explain to them. I feel that teacher should act as a guide to allow the student to choose his method of learning. He should share his experiences which give them vital life lessons. I always feel I learn from my students. The most recent words of appreciation by a parent "I really appreciate the efforts you made my daughter in learning economics and accountancy are just commendable.
