Classical - Andre Sogovia due was an absolute legend almost single handedly resurrected the guitar
Classic Rock - Hendrix of course is there another option?
Blues - S.R.V dude was legend innovator and amazing player
Jazz|Jazz Fusion - Guthrie Govan I don't even know what to say he's insane

First of all don't make it complicated, start with just with touching your guitar everyday, it might sound silly but worked for me. Touching your instrument is like creating an opening for your practice routine. And with time take it further to 5-10min practice sessions and you suddenly feel like you're enjoying.
