YES FITNESS, Gym & Aerobic Studio is a new Brand Gym opened in the centre of Safdarjung Enclave, R K Puram, Sarojini Nagar, Netaji Nagar, Munirka and Green Park area so that every resident of these areas can easily reach to the premises of the Gym. Yes Fitness have a area of 2700 sft area having three side open view. All cardio section has been deployed in open view area to enjoy the out side view while working on machines. Gym has been provided with spacious changing areas to male and female members. Concept of Yes Fitness is a General Fitness to its members. We are providing the services of Gymnasium, Aerobic, Yoga, Dance Classes (Zumba & Bollywood) Kick boxing & Self defense. Since Yes Fitness working on the concept of general fitness, we are extending our services to our members for Yoga, Dance and Kick boxing as complimentary apart from Gymnasium and Aerobic. Our sincere emphasis is not only physical fitness but also keep our members stress free with all these activities. Besides above, a qualified Dietitian & Nutrition expert has also been engaged visiting twice/thrice a week for counselling to the willing members.
