With my experience and a fitness training certification, I have dedicated my career to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Currently, I work at a reputable fitness centre in Delhi. However, my passion for fitness extends beyond the walls of the gym.
My journey into the fitness world began when I was a volleyball player. The discipline, teamwork, and physical fitness required in the sport inspired me to delve deeper into the realm of fitness. I have had the privilege of teaching clients in various online and offline locations. Whether through Yoga sessions or weight management guidance, I aim to empower individuals to lead healthier and happier lives.

My training sessions typically last for one hour, during which I focus on practical exercises and techniques.
