Vikas Babu

As a music enthusiast since childhood, I have always been passionate about Indian classical music. After completing my BA in harmony with a specialisation in Indian classical music, I pursued my dream of becoming a professional musician. I started my career by learning music from various renowned musicians in Delhi and then went on to work with different institutes. I had the opportunity to work at Saint Valley School, Yog Barathi School, and Sansar Public School in Noida, where I taught Keyboard to students.
Over the years, I have gained extensive experience of seventeen years in teaching music, both online and offline. My classes are usually 45 minutes to 1 hour long, and I teach students aged six years and above. My practical classes are designed to help students participate in music competitions and develop their skills. Learning music should be fun and engaging, so I incorporate games and interactive activities in my teaching.
Teaching music has been a fulfilling experience, and I am grateful for the opportunity to share my knowledge and passion for music with others. It is heartwarming to see my students develop a love for music and make progress in their musical journey. One thing that sets me apart as a music teacher is that I have my video reference material, which helps students learn at their own pace. I have also authored a book on Indian classical music basics, which is a handy reference for my students. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of seeing many of my students perform on stage and win music competitions, and it is a feeling that cannot be described in words.
