Vidhu Goyal

I am a dedicated sports science professional with a strong academic and athletic background. A graduate of D.Y. Patil University, Navi Mumbai, specializing in strength and conditioning and biomechanics, Vidhu is currently pursuing an MSc in Sports Biomechanics and Kinesiology at Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University.

Vidhu’s expertise is built on diverse experiences, including a year-long internship at the National Centre of Sports Science & Research (NCSSR), SAI Delhi, where they contributed as a strength and conditioning coach and sports biomechanist. A former Artistic Gymnastics athlete, Vidhu represented India as a junior national squad member, clinching multiple national medals and earning the title of a four-time consecutive state champion.

Driven by a passion for athletic performance and injury prevention, Vidhu has actively contributed to workshops, rehabilitation protocols, and program design for athletes and coaches. Their recent roles, including teaching and consulting with organizations like Fit India Trust and Grand Slam Fitness, further emphasize their commitment to advancing sports science.

Vidhu’s mission is to bridge the gap between science and practice, helping athletes achieve peak performance while fostering sustainable career growth within the sports and fitness industry.
