"Before saying anything for her, I would like to share this with all, that she is not only a Teacher ( I.e. Shikshak ) but she is a Mentor (I.e. Updeshak, Paramarshdata )The meanings of both words itself describes the difference between a teacher & a mentor. And same she was, is and will be for me n for all always. Way of teaching:- She has that way which is not experienced by me with other teachers during my studies. Whatever she teaches, she has good command over that/those subject(s). I still remember, before starting any subject classes, our first class was always like this, in which she made a big road for us and started putting varieties of stones one-by-one and we were asked to see each and every stone to find its qualities like big stones, small one, negligible etc. When the last stone put by her, that stone was always to tell us that we have already cleared all the stones and only clean road was left behind us. In above description: road was the subject n varieties of stones were all the topics / chapters which we had already been covered very easily while searching its qualities. And the first class just finished there as the complete image of that subject was already made in our minds without opening the book. This way always made all subjects easier for us to learn. ( Strange but true ) In the same way we have learnt Accounting, Budgeting, Financial Accounting, Organisational Behavior, Statistics, Operational Research, Production n Operations Management, Project Management, last but not the least Personal development, also got helps in others subjects too whenever we find difficulties like Business Communications, Marketing, Research, Project Reports. Ma'am Nature: She is a good human being, a very good mentor, honest, intelligent, qualified, experience of both her field and people handling, straight forward, good advisor, well wisher, friendly and last but not the least.Always pay good attention in development of all students and her near and dear ones.
