"Please avoid such low grade gyms, having unmannered and unprofessional staff at the counter. First of all this is a basic gym, and does not have basic facilities like glass or disposable glass for drinking water . Lady staff is so rude and illiterate, and she do not know how to behave customers. Today at 8PM, I booked my fitness session and showed the lady my confirmed message and also, geo-login on APP mobile to access the gym in front of her, but she denied my workout and said, she has not received any SMS. There is a problem in this underground gym of the network. Second things, you will find lots of dust on the machine and no proper cleaning , because there is traffic outside and it is unsafe to treadmill or cardio session in such a dusty environment. I must say the lady staff need training , how to deal with customers and she herself consider to be owner of a gym. There was no proper trainer and the music in the gym was too noisy. Machines are too old or damaged and the treadmill does not work /stop due to defects. Cycle and other machine locations are so nearby that two people can not work out at same time. It is my humble request to people , please avoid such arrogant and rude lady staff in this gym for your own safety and peace of mind. She creates a very big drama and starts her statement of registered present on desk to confirm her rude behaviour. It was such an awkward situation and the other person also gets disturbed with her loud and arrogant behaviour , when she starts shouting and not listening to me. I never saw such lady staff in any gym. She needs to visit a psychiatrist and check her blood pressure and she must not bring her home problem to the gym to harass customers. I have written to Fitternity (Fitternity) to investigate matters and remove such low grade gyms from their panel for safety and respect of the elite class of society and customers. "
