"Really its an excellent music and dance institute of Delhi. Tansen kalkaji is the hub of highly qualified, experienced and wonderful teachers for all activities. Specially western instruments like saxophone, violin, trombone, trumpet, drums, piano etc. I love their teaching plan and technique. Staffs are also very supportive and helpful. Institute atmosphere is also very nice. Overall everything is perfect here. I always enjoyed the show and performances of tansen kalkaji. And i find the every performance rocks. Me and my kid is also a part of this academy. I tried many music and dance school, but so far this is the best and the biggest brand in music and dance. Piano can be considered both a percussion and string instrument!
There are strings which are hit by hammers to produce sound. These strings are not plucked like in guitar or played by a bow like in violin. But there is no membrane which is hit to produce sound as in other percussion instruments like Tabla.
