I am a certified Yoga Trainer with experience in training
individuals and groups. I have been training students online and offline from past 5 years. It has been a great when I was invited to impart Yoga training to students in “two days Yoga and
Meditation Programme” at Ramanujan College (DU), New
Delhi in 2022.

Efficient in demonstrating techniques, observing participants,
and explaining them corrective measures. Believes in healthy
lifestyle with full of exercises and peace of mind. Wish to guide
people in improving their fitness by practicing Yoga towards
healthy living.
