Hi Hari, the human brain works on the activity-reward system.
Suppose one can find a reward associated with an activity. In that case, they will become passionate about doing that activity and start enjoying that thing, making your adorable boy sit and learn more than 1minute.
One way to do this is to find things in his routine that he enjoys, like playing with his favourite toy or even watching cartoons; now, tell him that to do those activities, he needs first to sit and learn with you for some time.
Now comes the 2nd important step, you have to make the learning activity fun for him. You have to teach your son entertainingly and keep him engaged so that he sits and listens to you very keenly. Remember you don't have to make your son sit for 1 hour. you can start with 2 minutes as even that is an improvement and increase this time gradually over weeks or even months. Remember, a fully developed human can only concentrate for 48 minutes before their attention starts to waver, so don't set an unrealistic expectation for a toddler and don't count the minutes. Instead, make the minutes count.
