I am an accomplished educator with extensive experience in teaching English Language and Literature. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Lecturer at the Training and Educational Centre for Hearing Impaired (TEACH) in Delhi, a position I have held since December 7, 2023. My commitment to inclusive education and expertise in language instruction enable me to foster a dynamic and supportive learning environment. <br/>I have a total of 7 years of experience in providing private tuition, where I have honed my ability to tailor lessons to meet the individual needs of students, helping them achieve academic success. <br/>Before my current role, I held various teaching positions across reputable institutions: <br/> • Mar Thoma College of Science and Technology, Kollam (January 2021 - June 2023): As an Assistant Professor, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the English department’s academic offerings, mentoring students, and contributing to various scholarly activities within the college. <br/> • Sree Sankara Vidya Peetom College, Thiruvananthapuram (January 2020 - July 2020): In my role as an Assistant Professor, I was instrumental in delivering high-quality English instruction, participating in curriculum development, and engaging in community-building activities within the academic setting. <br/> • EDIFY, Commerce Academy, Anchal (January 2019 - December 2019): I served as an English Teacher, focusing on preparing students for academic success by enhancing their language proficiency and critical thinking skills. <br/> • AIMIT, Chengannoor (September 2017 - December 2018): As an English Teacher, I was responsible for teaching English to a diverse group of students, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping students achieve their academic goals. <br/>I hold both a BA and an MA in English and have completed a TESOL certification with an A1 grade.
