I started my career in a research project sponsored by Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. My role was to carry research and analysis on the producing algorithms that help in effective communication between the satellite and terrestrial links. Thereafter, I started working in TV18 Broadcast Pvt. Limited wherein I was responsible for ensuring faithful transmission of signals between various networks. Also, I carried out coordination activities between different personnel of various departments in a media enterprise. My next job was in EFY (Electronics For You) Enterprises Pvt Ltd wherein I took charge of the daily online publications for the magazine. Moreover, I interacted with various startups and upcoming businesses to understand their offerings and vision for India in the electronics domain.
Currently, I am employed in a training and development consulting firm i.e. PROGILENCE Capability Development Pvt. Ltd, Gurgaon. AT PROGILENCE, my job responsibilities involve but not restricted to research (primary and secondary), stakeholder and SME engagements, instructional writing, content writing (books, articles, news, reports, etc.), project management, project planning and implementation, impact analysis and developing various skill training modules spanning across various sectors. These modules have been approved by NSDC and accepted as national standards for competency-based training in India.
