 I am Rafia khan. I have completed my post-graduation in Hindi and English as well. I am also done my B. Ed from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Delhi. I have 16 years of experience in teaching.I worked there as a subject teacher for five years in Bapu public school which is an organization and run by Gandhi Smiriti Rajghat. I believe and love to Gandhian principle and psychology therefore I join this institute of learning which is based on the philosophy of Gandhi Ji. I learnt there so many mannerisms for life and teaching which become a keystone of the journey of my life. Where I provided Hindi lessons in a way student find it more interesting rather monotonous. Lesson planning is an operative way was my strenth while conveying the knowledge. I have chosen several kinds of teaching aid and approaches to make the concept easy to understand. I also worked as a coordinator for all the programmes which the students performed on the stage to make the society aware. I also work as editor of the school magazine because writing is my appetites since my childhood. This was a great learning platform for me which enlightened the magnificent path of my career ride.
As a teacher, I learnt all the facts of learning which require to fulfil the learning experience. I organised all the events in school as an in-charge. Exhibition of my article and painting which is done by my students was monitored by me. I played a vital role in the publication of pf school magazine. During Parents teacher meeting I also advocating parent to make their parenting more effective.
