I am a Holistic Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with NASM, USA; who devises workout plans and nutritional protocols for clients and help them achieve optimised and time bound results scientifically. I'm also an MBA in Media Management, but have jumped ship to fitness full time since the past 3 years and have successfully helped countless people achieve optimal healthfulness through different modalities of training- Plyometrics, CrossFit, MMA, Functional Training, Strength and Conditioning, Flexibility, Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training, while working on Endurance, Mobility and Flexibility.

I have also been initiated into Kriya Yoga, Mindfulness Practices like Anapanasati Meditation, Chakra balancing, Ashtanga Yoga practice and Sound Bowl- frequency healing.

My approach is to arrive at an amalgamation of movement, nutritional and hormonal optimisation in order to achieve effective and lasting habits, in order to empower people to dare I say even alleviate medications, reverse acute and chronic ailments as much as possible, and find themselves in the best shape possible, as there is no Wealth greater than Health.
