He has facilitation, managerial and consulting experience in hospitality, retail, travel, BPO, finance, ITES, and customer care. An experienced facilitator and instructional designer he believes in engaging participants by using interactive classroom, on the job training & “hands-on” approaches to enable them to learn leadership skills through various tools and techniques.
