I have an experience of around 5 years in fitness industry training over 1000 + clients globally .

I deliver high quality fitness & conditioning customized plans. People who can’t take training 1 on 1 can benefit from these plans .

I was a professional cricketer , have done graduation in English honours from shivaji college ( DU). I am now pursuing masters in sports science & certified strength and conditioning certificate from NSCA . I am certified in AMERICAN COUNCIL ON EXERCISE ( ACE - CPT ) from U.S.A , SETANTA CONDITIONING COURSE -IRELAND , EXPLOSIVE ROTATIONAL POWER - IRELAND , SPEED DEVELOPMENT MASTERCLASS -IRELAND , CULT CERTIFIED FITNESS TRAINER (l-1 , l-0), LIFE EMERGENCY RESPONSE CERTIFIED FOR CPR & AED,DIPLOMA IN NUTRITION .

Currently working in FITNESS FIRST ICONIC , select city walk mall , a U.K brand , now under CULTFIT - India’s leading fitness brand . I am also a part of SC Gurukul Cricket Academy as a strength & conditioning expert .
