I am a seasoned training professional with more than two decades of experience in training and development. I am also a Distinguished Toastmaster, which is the highest qualification available in the Toastmasters education program. In August 2018, I represented his district in the World Championship of Public Speaking at Chicago, where he stood second in the semifinals. I am accredited with Pearson Education for their Pearson Online English Program. I also holds a Diploma in Training and Development from Indian Society of Training and Development, which is a Government of India accredited institution that specializes in imparting programs on Training and Development. I have an overall work experience of over two decades. Prior to starting his own independent training consultancy, he was the Assistant Vice President of Training and Development at Home Credit India Finance. Prior to that he worked at Ameriprise Financial as Manager, Learning and Development for almost eight years.

Children learn when they are interested; adult learn when they find it relevant. However, every adult has a child inside them, dormant but waiting to come out. I invoke that child inside them to arouse curiosity, which then translates into interest, to which I add a dash of relevance, and ensure that the learning is effectively and efficiently internalized. I started out as a school teacher, explored web development, sales and marketing, business development, excelled at instructional design and elearning, and finally settled into my current role of an Independent Training Consultant. I have an MBA in HR specializing in Training, a Government of India recognized Diploma in Training and Development, and most importantly, I am a Distinguished Toastmaster. In May 2018, I won the International Speech Contest in District 41 of Toastmasters International (representing North and East India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Bangladesh). This places me among the 106 speech contestants from all over the world who will compete for the World Championship of Public Speaking to be held on August 23, 2018 in Chicago. I look to help you become better than what you were. My style of teaching relies heavily on storytelling, roleplays, scenarios, and examples. I look to make learning effective, engaging, and high quality. My preferred method of delivery is online, so that you don't have to waste time on travel. I look forward to invoke the learner in you, and improve as a learner myself.
