Ronald Laloo

Have been teaching music for more than 35 years. Have had students from USA, Africa, Japan, Indonesia, China, Germany, Sri Lanka, Britain, India, France, Brazil. Have sent students for exams in both the Trinity and Royal School of Music from Initial to 8th grade students. Both in Practical and Theory exams. Most of my students are teachers themselves now. Many have also gotten jobs in relation to music. I believe in a well rounded skill of both technique and reading skills which require hard-work and dedication from students for success. I make sure that all students who want to appear for exams aspire for a distinction and not less.

Personal I am a diploma holder from the Trinity College of Music, London. I have held workshops in my home town and have been very successful with them. I have two books that I have written. These are Mind Over Finger and Distinction. Mind Over Finger is learning how to play the piano from scratch and Distinction is how to get a distinction in Theory exams.

Would love to have students who are really interested in learning the art of piano playing and serious about it. It is a skill that requires serious hard work, discipline, concentration and a lot of patience and obedience. So all those who are really serious, you are welcome with open arms.
