As a Data Scientist at Shriram Pistons and Rings, a global leader in piston ring and engine valve manufacturing, I
lead comprehensive analytics initiatives. Leveraging my expertise, I established robust BI frameworks and
developed intuitive dashboards using Qlik Sense, enhancing data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Additionally, I assembled and led dedicated BI and ML teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous
improvement.
 Recognized for my contributions, I was appointed to a pivotal role by the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), where I play a
central role in driving innovation and advancing Shriram Pistons and Rings towards Industry 4.0 standards. In this
capacity, I oversee a multidisciplinary team, driving forward-thinking strategies to integrate IoT and spearhead AI
initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency and propelling the company's growth through emerging technologies.
 One of my notable achievements includes pioneering Smart TPM calculation methodologies, revolutionizing
performance monitoring of machinery and operators. By incorporating advanced statistical and mathematical
models, I have positioned Shriram Pistons and Rings as an industry benchmark for TPM excellence, setting new
standards for efficiency and productivity. Remarkably, this method stands as a unique innovation in the Indian
manufacturing landscape, as no other company in India has adopted a similar approach. Our groundbreaking work
in TPM was further validated when we received the TPM Excellence Award, affirming our commitment to
innovation and operational excellence on a national level.
