I used to dance earlier, but I discontinued because of health issues. When I checked my skills with some dance steps, I was not satisfied with my body language. I think I have lost my skills, and I want to regain my past dance skills. Will I be able to do that?

Yes Vipin :)Dance is like any other Skill/Craft. When you are consistent you grow, but when (for whatever reason). You can take a break and come back. The body doesn't respond in the same manner immediately. It just has to be reminded of the older self :) It has to do with you putting that same previous... ...more

It has to do with you putting that same previous Passion into dance and a Teacher/Mentor to guide you through to it :)
