Python is a general purpose programming language created in the late 1980s, and named after Monty Python, that's used by thousands of people to do things from testing microchips at Intel, to powering Instagram, to building video games with the PyGame library.
Both non-programmers and programmers can start programming right away. Python looks more like a readable, human language than like a low-level language. This gives you the ability to program at a faster rate than a low-level language will allow you.
No Programming experienced is required although it is assumed you have basic networking skills such as in Network+, CCNA or JNCIA or equivalent in order to use Python to configure Routers.
If you dont have Basic Networking Skills , we will give you 2 extra classes to learn the same.
Python is a scripting language like PHP, Perl, Ruby and so much more. It can be used for web programming (django, Zope, Google App Engine, and much more). But it also can be used for desktop applications (Blender 3D, or even for games pygame). Python is used for developing sites.
