My teaching style involves explaining the need and benefits of a particular session and then guiding meditators into deep meditation using various meditation techniques.
Guided meditations result into providing better emotional, mental, physical health and many spiritual benefits like stress reduction, anxiety reduction, enhanced focus, positive outlook, better will power, ability to forgive, release unhealthy emotions, change thought patterns and behavioural issues etc.
These sessions are conducted online via Zoom and are beneficial for everyone including students, working professionals and home makers.
