IdentityI would like to jot down first few facts about tutors that we as tutors are just as teachers and our responsibilities are more accountable because we deal with the student individually.Its a highly noble profession and let be it.We expect decency .I prefer teaching Nursery[LKG- UKG ] and class 1st and 2nd because I've got lot of material like subject books,exercises and also Story books .
I have run my own Nursery School for seven years in the name-My ABCD Nursery.I used to prepare my own syllabus and patterns for my students as you don't get books in the market that can repeat 10 to 50 times a letter, as ,when, if required.I am not just a teacher,I am the captain of my ship,my students are my cadets.There's a story with every letter,as there is a different story/ technique with every kid.My students have to work hard with me.Drawing ,Rhymes ,Acting goes side by side.I take special class for Story telling.Its a must.In the first year -Its SMALL LETTERS ,CAPITAL LETTERS, HINDI LETTERS,MATH[1-50],Recognizing with pictures,repeated exercises etc.In the second year,its three to four letter words in English that is based on a book reading as well and gradually increasing the word power.
