"I was cheated out of 9000 for three classes. My doctor prohibited me from working out after three classes. I had paid in advance for the whole month i.e 20 classes But first, Mr Pankaj denied I was even entitled to take 20 classes and did not give me a single rupee despite providing only 3 classes. There is no written contract that you can fight against. All money has to be paid in advance and even in medical emergencies is not refunded. There is no written policy. He makes up rules as he wishes in order to not pay back. So he told me i will pay you half amount assuming 14 classes was total. All on his own. I have text messages to prove his calculations. He has now blocked me when i said at least give me the amount you said. Do not trust. "
