As I can see, the question is all about bringing your own Guitar to the Session (Class) or the Institute or Tutor provides it. As far as my experience is concerned Guitars are not provided by any Tutors/Institutes as it doesn't make any sense because every Guitar student must own the Guitar before taking classes. In some cases, if you travel from far and not able to bring your Guitar, in that case, the Tutor may provide you one. My request and I urge to you is to have/buy the Guitar if you want to learn as you will have to practice on a daily basis to move further.

Semi-Acoustic also know as Electric Acoustic is the same as the Pure Acoustic. THEY SOUND THE SAME. if no additional effects added with while playing the Semiacoustic. The only difference between them is like this:-
The Acoustic Sound can't be Amplified as it has no sound output to Amplify by connecting to a Guitar Amplifier. At the same time, Semi-Acoustic can get connected with the Amplifier and the sound can be Amplified.

Hey Lalit! If you know how to get it done, you can do the job yourself. And if in case you have doubt with your ability, I will urge to get it done from any nearby Music Technician. The price completely depends on the Technician. In Delhi, it costs between in Rs 1000-1500 if it's not that expensive and if the Guitar is Expensive (more fragile to handle) the technician may ask more.

Yes It will. The difference between Acoustic and Semiacoustic is like this:-
1. Acoustic is played without any Amplifier and ofcourse no electricity input required as no use of Amplifier here. Acoustics are used when we perform a small venue like a kitty party as the venue (auditorium) must be small and the sound can be reached to everyone.
2. Semi-acoustic which is Acoustic Electric Guitar is played with or without the Amplifier. Basically when we perform in front of big crowd or big venue you should go for the Semiacoustic so that the sound gets amplified and reach to all audiences.
3. Both Acoustic and Semiacoustic give the same sound quality in general as the higher the Guitar quality gives the richer sound. And that is all upto you how much you wish to spend buying a good Guitar.
I hope I made it clear in a general way. Hope you are satisfied. I wish you a better Musicial journey. Have a good time ahead ! Thank you...
