Nitin Agrawal

Nitin is a certified Project Manager & Trainer who holds PMP certification with PSM, PGDBA (HRM), PGCBA (Project Management) from MDI Gurgaon, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He is a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Raipur. He also has credentials in Management subject like HRM and Project Management.

He has over 18 years of experience in the Industry involving the full software development life cycle with extensive experience of Program Management/ Agile Practices in prestigious IT services, Defence Establishments, Manufacturing organisations and as Consultant to projects by Govt of India.
He has a varied Industry experience and has been involved in offshore as well as on-site software projects of varying sizes and complexities. He started his career as an Officer in Indian Air force. The exposure of real time implementation of project management where life is at stake, made him confident of handling any contingency in projects in the initial stage of career. He gradually took up the responsibilities of risk management, change management, team management and Quality management.
He has been practising Program/project management in his personal as well as professional life effectively. He believes that his job doesn't stop at setting goals and does not stop at accomplishing goals because "Education is what is left, when what had been learnt has been forgotten". He is equally passionate about his work.

He conducts PMP Preparatory courses and courses on project management topics like Estimation, Configuration Management, and software/IT project management since 2008. He has developed the course curriculum, courseware and trained the trainers for in-house training programs. He brings to his training sessions his vast experience in defence, project management capabilities in IT Telecom, IT Infrastructure, Manufacturing & Consulting, thereby making them meaningful, informative and extremely interesting.
