I have been active in the teaching field as a private tutor for over five years, and during this period I have dealt mostly with students from primary classes.
My academic qualifications and professional background have prepared me to take up a more challenging task, and I would like to apply for the vacancy at your institute. I have a B.Ed degree from Gorakhpur University and have also undertaken a Teachers Training Course from Pioneer Academy in 2015-16. I secured a gold medal during a week-long Trainer's Training Workshop in March 2015.
My greatest strength lies in identifying each student's capabilities and working towards enhancing their abilities through collaboration. I truly believe that teachers play a significant role in building the foundation of a so as they make leaders of tomorrow. My focus has always been on the holistic growth of a student by focusing not just on academia but also on extracurricular activities.
General awareness, gender sensitivity and empathy and discipline play an essential part in moulding an individual, and I, as a teacher, believe I must teach these thoughts and beliefs in each student. I think in following a set schedule for my classes after thorough planning to utilise my limited hours in the best way possible.
I am also a keen observer, an ability that helps me engage better with my students. I gathered this ability during my time as even a counsellor at Pune-based Asian School of Management.
