"I am currently studying at class12. In class 11th I was facing problems in combinatorics and hence decided to join manoj sir's class to rectify the same. He hardly "Taught" me any theory. He gave me problems and insight...s for reasoning and it was "Me" who formed the theory. And this is the single most important thing which separates manoj sir from rest of the education system of india. I continued to study coordinate geometry, algebra of complex numbers and calculus and in the way he taught me the all important method of "Analysis". With his guidance now I analyze everything. From a problem in mathematics to a general problem in life. The idea is not to reach the right answer, it is to get a sense of what the problem really is. These problem solving insights given by manoj sir prove to be immensely important. Another crucial element is that if you sincerely follow analysis your mind will become intellectually mature. You may often develop successful algorithms to solve a problem without knowing the underlying concept. This builds pseudo-confidence over the subject which can prove to be deadly. A mature mind does not falls into these traps. And all of it can be developed using analysis which forces your mind to think not on the solution rather on the problem. So in all manoj gadia sir taught me mathematics, analysis, and a distinguished view of looking at sciences and hence at life." more
