Before becoming a Teacher, I was a regular employee in one of the MNC. Teaching profession has altogether changed my life. I have been guiding students for 7+ years and have guided about 2500+ students. I have taught wide range of students from average to top. I have learned that every student has its own learning pace. There are students with zero coaching till 10th do much better than students who had coaching in 9th and 10th. I feel that 2 years is a lot of time for any student to crack any exam, even if he or she has no prior foundation course done. All a student need is correct guidance. In my classes my major focus is that student solve problems on their own, or by discussing with friends before classifying it as a doubt.
