Siraj, If you look carefully, both meanings are semantically related. Doctoring (treating the patient) also means changing the state of a patient from sick to healthy, which is similar to changing the state of something ( tempering) from one state to another.

That is actually a kind of redundancy present in English language. Even a full stop can suffice. The structure itself expresses the interrogative sense. However in communicative Englsh, a positive sentence can also be used as a question 'e.g. You are from Delhi? meaning Are you from Delhi?'. In this... ...more
That is actually a kind of redundancy present in English language. Even a full stop can suffice. The structure itself expresses the interrogative sense. However in communicative Englsh, a positive sentence can also be used as a question 'e.g. You are from Delhi? meaning Are you from Delhi?'. In this case, a question mark at the end in more relevant to express the interrogative sense.

Try to live in English atmosphere as much as you can. Listen to English conversations and talks, read Englsh books, and most importanly start thinking in English. If you can have a partner, with whom, you can practice speaking English, that would be the unltimate sollution to your problem.
