I am a PhD scholar also has pursued courses From Morarji Desai Institute of Yoga and has given a remarkable performance in Yoga Teacher training Program. Also did 2 Ayurveda courses from Red cross society and Delhi Sanskrit Academy. Has delivered various yoga sessions in Rajghat and Dilli Sahityik Akadmy ,Mandi house.Have good knowledge of our ancient home remedies also working on Yagna Chikitsa , a micro fumigation method to fight diseases and spiritual healing.
