IdentityI have an experience of seven years in the field of fitness. I hold a BCom degree and have always been passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Over the past two years, I have been honing my skills as a fitness trainer through UrbanClap and offering freelance training sessions at various clients' locations. I have had the privilege of training a diverse range of clients, numbering between 150 to 200 individuals.
My expertise lies in teaching Hatha Yoga, bodyweight, and functional training. Each of these disciplines contributes uniquely to overall fitness and well-being. I believe in the holistic approach to health, combining physical exercise with mental and spiritual wellness. My training sessions typically span one hour and are conducted exclusively offline, allowing me to provide focused and personalised guidance to each client.
