I have worked in a school as a faculty of Mathematics and Science in 7th and 8th standard respectively. I have confidently managed a class of 50 odd students in both classes for 2 years.I used practical life situations to instils a better understanding among the students. In Mathematics my impetus was on teaching the basic concepts with clarity rather than emphasising on memorising of the formulae. I have great connect with the students which i owe to my good communication skill and interpersonal skills. It was a great experience and i never hesitate to put in extra effort for those students who lagged behind in understanding and the pace of the class was designed in such a way be me that there is inclusive development of the students.
