IdentityI share my experience with you,I studying in Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi in BSC life science.today i'm talking about professional development skills.when school are looking to hire a teacher, there are a few basic requirements that they are looking for a college degree, experience working with children and patience.Teacher need a variety of professional development skill along with the knowledge of their subject matter and experience in order to be a effective teacher. I think teaching is an art not a science.students are like a blank canvas or a mound of clay and teachers strive to help them learn thus transforming them into a successful, beautiful,educated individual.The best lesson evolve from creative ideas. Teacher are artists who use various variety of medium to engage learners.you making teaching a true art,no matter the subject area or grade level. Experience might not necessarily be the "best" teacher,but it almost always results in the most enduring lesson.
A great teacher is very engaging and holds the attention of students in all discussion.A great teacher establishes clear objective for each and every lesson.A great teacher has effective discipline skills and promote positive behaviors. A great teacher develops a strong rapport with the students.
All of us do not have equal talent .But ,all of us have an equal opportunity to develop our talent.
