IdentityI take a personal and individualized approach to teaching
yoga. The basis of my teaching philosophy is that yoga
can benefit all body types; if you can breath, you can
benefit from yoga.
I know the various styles including HATHA YOGA, ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA, . The base of my classes is a focus on improvement in the physical, mental and spiritual body of the person by
breathing exercises as well as leading students through a series of asanas along with the correct adjustment and alignment.
The sequence and intensity of the class vary in
accordance with students experience, energy and prowess.
My classes are accessible to beginners, while
also challenging for intermediate students.
I have experience to teach all age group students with individual and group sessions.
