I have lost 9 kg weight in just 2 months.My stress levels has gone down very much as compared to before and I feel happier whole day. Kalpana is really a fabulous yoga teacher. She teaches Yogasanas and kriyas with very proper guidance and corrects every posture very minutely. Her understanding of yoga is awesome.
