Being a facilitator, it's very important to understand the need of children because every student has its own pace of learning. So, I kept on involving interactive teaching practices, making classes fun and imparting inclusive and quality education where I can meet the demands of students and addresses their challenges and help them in better understanding.

I had taught primary classes for almost 3.5 years, although teaching small kids requires alot of patience and perseverance but I enjoyed alot while teaching them. The reason is that their innocent and curious minds, that keeps on asking sometimes weird but intersting questions. But to keep them focused , aligned, engaged and as well as learn the subject matter is a challenging task. I used to taught primary kids using various pedagogical teaching methods like hands on activity, experimental investigation, think-pair and share, learning by doing, gamefication etc., that has always helped me in making my classes fun based and interesting.
