"Most inhuman and ridiculous gym. My son was suffering from Typhoid and could not use the Gym for more than 20 days but the owner was so inhuman and money minded that he refused to Refund the money bir extend his membership by 20 days. This clearly shows that the Hype Gym owner is just concerned about money and once he got the money he is least bothered whether the Customer is able to utilise the Gym services or not. Inspite of showing him Medical Certificate and requesting him to extend the membership as my Son was not able to utilise the Gym Services for almost whole month he straightaway refused to extend the membership. This shows how cunning and inhuman the management is as they are just concerned with the Money and least bothered about the well being of their Customers. I would request all the current and prospective Customers to please look into the bad experience I had with them and make a decision to leave the Gym because they are not concerned about the health and well being of their Customers at all. "
