IdentityGurkaran started to understand that pushing himself physically and mentally during a workout provided exceptional benefits and improved his outlook on life. He wants to help people experience these benefits and prove that all it takes is more movement of the body to reap good rewards.
He has represented DDA, Delhi State, the University of Delhi and India in 100m, 200m, and 400m at various International and National Athletics Championship both as an Athlete and as a Coach, He comes with over 16 years of experience in the fitness & athletics industry. Developing endurance, speed, strength, and agility is his forte. His Trainees has won several medals at International, National, and State levels Sporting Events.
