As a teacher, I have always been passionate about helping students learn and grow. My journey as a teacher began after completing my 12th grade, where I started teaching humanities stream to high school students. Initially, I faced some challenges in managing the classroom and keeping the students engaged. However, with time and experience, I developed effective teaching strategies that helped me connect with my students and create a positive learning environment.
My interest in teaching led me to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in history Honours, which provided me with a deeper understanding of the subject matter. Additionally, I also enrolled in a special education course to enhance my teaching skills and learn how to cater to the needs of students with disabilities. This course helped me understand how to create an inclusive classroom environment and adapt my teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student.
Throughout my teaching career, I have had the opportunity to work with students from diverse backgrounds and with varying learning abilities. This has given me a broader perspective on teaching and has helped me develop a more flexible approach to education. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and it is the teacher's responsibility to help them realize their full potential.
In conclusion, my background as a 12 pass student and my experience as a teacher have helped me develop effective teaching strategies and a passion for creating a positive learning environment. My ongoing studies in history Honours and special education have also helped me enhance my skills as a teacher and cater to the unique needs of every student.
