Ths course is for specifically for corporate employees who are looking to develop their communication skills for interviews, reviews, promotions, etc. Learners will improve their formal communication skills by enacting various role-plays which usually take place in an office environment and take turns in improving each other by giving honest feedback. They will also learn how to negotiate with clients or bosses in a formal yet assertive manner, improve public speaking, enrich their vocabulary and type out proposals on the go.
This course is divided into 4 parts;
1. basic english communication skills (good understanding of grammar, sentence formation, vocabulary and pronunciation)
2. interview skills (making CV, interview introduction, preparing answers during interview)
3. presentation skills (making PPTs for seminars)
4. business email writing skills (mailing clients, higher managers, proposals)
Learners will need a working laptop with Microsoft Word and Powerpoint installed, and an active gmail ID to send emails to the trainer for correction.
