As a successful Information Technology consultant for over twenty years in the US corporate world, my biggest requirements was understanding the business challenges which could be augmented or resolved with technological innovations and translating that to practical computer software programs and implementations.

I had to communicate up and down the chain of business command and as a project manager ensure the requirements were aligned with the practical application of technology.
