A purpose to help people unleash their true and unrealized potential. He motivates, trains and coaches keeping this purpose in mind. His training is not didactic or monologue. It is collaborative and interactive. He trains on the principle that collective wisdom is better than individual wisdom. He emphasizes the point that along with the participants, the trainer would also learn from the training. He is a facilitator and participants are encouraged to share their experiences, to talk, discuss, comment and ask. A key point that is harped upon is pre-requisite of being a good human being before being a good professional along with holistic approach to life i.e. one has to have complete harmony – physically, mentally and emotionally in life. Only then, one can have a balanced life and would be able to perform effectively and efficiently at work leading to fulfillment of organisational objectives.
He has more than 22 years of cross functional experience in diverse industries and 4 years of motivating, training and coaching experience. He has also been an entrepreneur and educator.
